Dandy in Milan is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lab Technician to support our Italian market. You will apply your deep dental lab expertise to collaborate with clinicians on real-time tasks like patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Based in Milan, you will provide live Italian-language support by phone, chat, and video, translate clinical feedback into production actions, and help drive a fast-growing, fully digital lab environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years of 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases.
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
• Based in Milan or willing to relocate to Milan.

Mansioni

• Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real time to refine case designs and improve aesthetics and function.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot workflows and answer questions in Italian.
• Support the Italian market by serving as a local expert and translating clinical feedback into production needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and Dandy lab teams to drive production outcomes.
