Job summary

A leading global consumer goods company is seeking a Demand Planner based in Legnano, Italy. The successful candidate will own and manage sales forecasting and demand management in a fast-paced environment working with Global Brands like Tempo® and TENA®. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics, proven Demand Planning experience in the FMCG industry, and be fluent in Italian and English. Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Planning or a similar position, ideally in the FMCG Industry.
• Fast learner with a strong attitude to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing historical demand and filter out outliers.
• Developing the base Demand Plan using statistical forecasting algorithms.
• Generating new product forecasts using substitution and like modeling.
• Understanding the impact of the customer buying pattern.
• Communicating effectively and engaging the Sales Force on operational issues.
