A leading global consumer goods company is seeking a Demand Planner based in Legnano, Italy. The successful candidate will own and manage sales forecasting and demand management in a fast-paced environment working with Global Brands like Tempo® and TENA®. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics, proven Demand Planning experience in the FMCG industry, and be fluent in Italian and English. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to positive change for society and the environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Demand Planning or a similar position, ideally in the FMCG Industry.
• Fast learner with a strong attitude to problem solving.

Mansioni

• Analyzing historical demand and filter out outliers.
• Developing the base Demand Plan using statistical forecasting algorithms.
• Generating new product forecasts using substitution and like modeling.
• Understanding the impact of the customer buying pattern.
• Communicating effectively and engaging the Sales Force on operational issues.
