Edenred is seeking a Demand Manager to enhance business processes through effective analysis and optimization. In this role, you will bridge business and IT to ensure alignment with technology solutions. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of expertise in Demand Management and strong experience with BPMN 2.0.

The position offers a permanent contract, a gross annual salary starting from €46,000, smart working options, and various health benefits, among other perks.

Competenze

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Demand Management or Business Analysis.
• Strong experience in process modeling and value stream mapping.
• Solid understanding of enterprise applications and digital transformation.

Mansioni

• Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Collect and qualify business requests and manage demand backlog.
• Act as the primary interface between Business and Technology stakeholders.
