Edenred Italy is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Milano to evolve our platforms, driving automation and continuous improvement across the software lifecycle. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enable rapid releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities include automating build/test/deploy, managing Terraform/ARM templates, Docker/Kubernetes familiarity, and implementing monitoring and security practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in DevOps roles with CI/CD focus and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with development teams to improve release speed and quality.
• Manage automation, configuration, and orchestration tools (e.g., Azure Pipelines, ARM templates, Terraform).
• Support the migration and modernization of legacy platforms.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
• 2/ 3 of previous experience in a DevOps role
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts)
• Experience with CI/CD and release automation
• Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (ARM templates, Terraform, or similar)
• Basic understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of DevOps security practices (e.g., secret management, code scanning
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration mindset
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies

OTHER DETAILS

• Permanent Contract
• Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €38.000, determined on the basis of objective and transparent criteria, including professional experience gained, specialized technical skills, the level of autonomy and responsibility required, and alignment with the company's compensation and job classification framework
• Performance bonus in line with the company's incentive plan
