PepsiCo is seeking a Demand Acceleration Senior Analyst based in Padova, Italy, to lead channel-specific demand strategies across South Europe. This role requires proven experience in commercial strategy and the ability to work in a multi-country environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail execution and data analytics, particularly with Power BI, and capability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.

This role also involves occasional travel and flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.

• Proven experience in commercial strategy, demand generation, or category management.
• Strong track record in FMCG or consumer goods, ideally in a multi-market environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies.
