CHEP seeks a strategic, data-driven leader to drive European Demand Planning across multiple countries. You will own the single source of truth for demand, align Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance, and guide IBP/S&OP processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will partner with senior leaders, design data-driven planning methods, manage a team of ~9 FTE, and shape supply chain performance across Europe while accelerating transformation with analytics and planning excellence.

Competenze

• Experience leading S&OP governance and demand review forums.
• Proven ability to drive business performance through planning.
• Ability to align Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance around a single set of numbers.
• Background in FMCG, logistics or complex operational environments preferred.

Mansioni

• Review, design, and enhance planning processes with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve efficiency.
• Lead the development and deployment of S&OP/IBP initiatives across Europe.
• Benchmark and implement technologies to improve IBP, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Establish and govern IBP and demand planning policies for consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define metrics like on-time delivery and working capital.
