Job summary

Loacker is seeking a privacy governance assistant to join the Information Security Governance team in Italy. You will support the Information Security Governance Specialist and the external Data Protection Officer to ensure GDPR compliance and privacy program effectiveness.

You will maintain privacy documentation, assist in DPIAs and DPA drafting, and help drive the group-wide information security awareness program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or privacy-related field.
• Basic understanding of information security fundamentals.
• Clear written and verbal communication; structured working style.
• Interest in information technology and learning new topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update privacy documentation (e.g., Records of Processing Activities).
• Assist in drafting and updating Data Processing Agreements.
• Create and maintain privacy notices, procedures and internal policies.
• Support Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Assist in privacy audits and internal compliance checks.
• Monitor privacy inboxes and triage requests with timely responses.
• Help design, implement and monitor the annual information security awareness program.
• Provide first-level support to employees on awareness measures and training platform.
• Contribute to reporting on data protection and information security awareness.
