Lexroom, a fast-growing AI platform for the legal sector, is offering a Legal & Privacy Intern position in Milan. You will support the management of data subject requests across jurisdictions and assist the Legal team and DPO with contracts, research, and privacy compliance.

This 6-month internship provides real ownership, hands-on training, and meal vouchers with a €900/month stipend, based in our Milan office.

Competenze

• A recent law degree.
• Solid knowledge of the GDPR and a genuine interest in data protection and EU digital regulation (e.g., AI Act).
• Native Italian and fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support the handling of data subject requests across Italy, Germany, Spain, and other markets.
• Draft and review NDAs and data processing agreements based on playbooks.
• Review contracts, flag potential issues, and prepare first drafts for the Legal Counsels.
• Carry out legal research on privacy and digital regulation topics, using Lexroom daily in your work.
• Help maintain records of processing activities, data maps, and privacy documentation.
• Support privacy impact assessments, vendor checks, and responses to customer security questionnaires.
• Contribute to privacy notices, internal policies, and awareness materials.
