Job summary

Loacker Austria is seeking an Information Governance Assistant to join the Information Security Governance team in Auna di Sotto. You will support the Information Security Governance Specialist and the external Data Protection Officer, helping ensure GDPR compliance, maintain privacy documentation, and contribute to company-wide information security awareness.

Your responsibilities include updating records of processing activities, drafting data processing agreements, maintaining privacy notices

Qualifications

• Degree in Law or privacy-related field
• Basic understanding of information security
• Proficient with MS Office
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Analytical mindset
• Interest in IT and learning

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update privacy documentation (e.g., Record of Processing Activities)
• Assist in drafting and updating Data Processing Agreements
• Assist in creating and maintaining privacy notices, procedures and internal policies
• Support in Data Protection Impact Assessments
• Assist in privacy audits and internal compliance checks
• Monitor privacy-related inboxes, triage requests, and ensure timely responses
• Help design, implement and monitor the annual information security awareness program
• Provide first-level support to employees regarding awareness measures and the digital training platform
• Contribute to reporting on data protection and the information security awareness program
