Loacker Austria is seeking a Privacy & Information Security Governance Assistant to join the team in Auna di Sotto. You will support the Information Security Governance Specialist and the external Data Protection Officer, helping ensure GDPR compliance and maintaining privacy documentation.

You will work on privacy notices, DPIAs, Data Processing Agreements, and contribute to the annual information security awareness program, providing first-level support to colleagues and helping monitor and

Competenze

• Degree (Bachelor's) in Law or privacy-related field.
• Basic understanding of information security fundamentals.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication; precise and structured working style.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-flow understanding.
• Interest in information technology and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English; German a plus.

In this position, you will be part of the Information Security Governance team and will support the Information Security Governance Specialist as well as the external Data Protection Officer. You will help ensure GDPR compliance, maintain privacy documentation and contribute to the group-wide information security awareness program.

YOUR TASKS

• Maintain and update privacy documentation (e.g., Record of Processing Activities)
• Support in drafting and updating Data Processing Agreements
• Assist in creating and maintaining privacy notices, procedures and internal policies
• Support in Data Protection Impact Assessments
• Assist in privacy audits and internal compliance checks
• Monitor privacy-related inboxes, triage requests, and ensure timely responses

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree (Bachelor's) in Law or a comparable field relevant to privacy
• Basic understanding of information security fundamentals
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (or similar productivity tools)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; precise and structured working style
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand processes and data flows
• Interest in information technology and learning new topics
• Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English (German is a plus)
