Job summary

Loacker Austria is seeking a Privacy & Information Security Governance Assistant to join the team in Auna di Sotto. You will support the Information Security Governance Specialist and the external Data Protection Officer, helping ensure GDPR compliance and maintaining privacy documentation.

You will work on privacy notices, DPIAs, Data Processing Agreements, and contribute to the annual information security awareness program, providing first-level support to colleagues and helping monitor and

Qualifications

• Degree (Bachelor's) in Law or privacy-related field.
• Basic understanding of information security fundamentals.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication; precise and structured working style.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-flow understanding.
• Interest in information technology and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update privacy documentation (e.g., Record of Processing Activities).
• Assist in drafting and updating Data Processing Agreements.
• Assist in creating privacy notices, procedures and internal policies.
• Support in Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Assist privacy audits and internal compliance checks.
• Monitor privacy inboxes, triage requests, and ensure timely responses.
• Help design, implement and monitor the annual information security awareness program.
• Provide first-level support to employees regarding awareness measures and the digital training platform.
• Contribute to reporting on data protection and the information security awareness program.
