Technogym cerca un Data Platform Engineer con 3–5 anni di esperienza per progettare e implementare moderne data platform su Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Il ruolo permette analisi avanzate e insight AI-driven attraverso data pipelines near real-time, data quality e modelli robusti per reporting.

Lavorerai con team interfunzionali, contribuendo all'evoluzione della piattaforma, all'integrazione di dati da fonti diverse e al monitoraggio della governance.

Competenze

• 3–5 anni di esperienza in data engineering e sviluppo di data platform.
• Conoscenza approfondita di componenti GCP: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Datastream, Airflow, Dataform.
• Competenza in SQL e Python per modellazione dati e pipeline.
• Esperienza in ETL/ELT e modellazione per reporting e analytics.
• Preferibile certificazioni Google Cloud.
• Ottima attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare in team.

Your Role

We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and implementing modern data platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Your work will enable advanced analytics and AI-driven insights across the organization.

The role focuses on building near real-time data pipelines, ensuring data quality and reliability, and enabling advanced reporting and analytics through robust data modeling.

Your Impact

Contribute to the continuous evolution and innovation of the data platform by implementing and experimenting with Google Cloud technologies.

Design and develop data pipelines for batch and near real-time processing.

Implement robust data models and architectures to support analytics and reporting.

Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring consistency, quality, and security.

Optimize performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of data workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Support data governance, monitoring, and observability practices.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering and data platform development.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform components: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Datastream, Airflow, Cloud Functions, API Gateway, Dataform.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience in data modeling and designing architectures for reporting and analytics.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and related technologies (SAP Data Services is a plus).
• Google Cloud certifications are considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
