Your Role

As a Data Engineer, you will ensure the quality and performance of data pipelines, build datasets and applications to support business functions, and maintain data reliability and quality.

Your Responsibilities

1. Combine raw data from various sources.
2. Develop data sets and pipelines.
3. Analyze requirements for new software and applications.
4. Migrate data from legacy systems.
5. Design data models and flowcharts.
6. Improve system performance through testing and troubleshooting.
7. Optimize database systems.

Candidate Profile

Ideally, you are passionate about fitness and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be resourceful, responsive, and ethically grounded.

Qualifications

• MSc or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in data architecture design and maintenance.
• 3-5 years in building and managing data platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL, ELT, and Data Pipeline tools.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of Oracle DB and reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Understanding of cyber security topics.
