Pirelli Settimo Torinese is seeking an Industrial Engineering Workforce Analyst to optimize production workforce, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. The role supports operations, controlling, projects, HSE and HR with data-driven decision-making in a highly digitalized manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing and strong knowledge of production processes, reporting tools, and process analysis.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of production processes and operational performance.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and process analysis.

Mansioni

• Analyze workforce requirements and resource utilization to align with workload.
• Monitor productivity and KPIs, identify gaps between planned and actual results.
• Conduct time studies and maintain standard operating times.
• Develop and sustain SOPs and work methods to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S) and support operations excellence.
• Provide cross-functional analytical support to Operations, Controlling, HR and more.
• Contribute to definition and deployment of safe work practices and workload structures.
