Jobtailor is seeking a technically proficient engineer to serve as the direct liaison with customers, installing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment while ensuring minimal downtime. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and coordinate service visits.

The role emphasizes preventative and corrective maintenance, data-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication in English and Italian to deliver exceptional service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, information systems or related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proficient level of Italian.
