Job summary

Amazon in Milan is offering a 6-month Business Analyst Internship. You will join a fast-paced, data-driven team and work on real datasets to inform decisions. This role requires 40 hours per week, a learning agreement with your university, and strong Excel/SQL skills.

You’ll be mentored by experienced analysts, contribute to dashboards, and gain exposure to strategic initiatives with relocation support and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VBA, etc.).
• SQL knowledge and data manipulation skills.
• Penultimate or final year student in a quantitative or business field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple teams across geographies to build relationships.
• Own data analysis projects with mentor guidance and turn insights into recommendations.
• Identify process improvements and develop streamlined solutions.
• Lead root cause analyses and support business cases for new programs.
• Maintain and improve performance dashboards and learn advanced visualization.
