Job summary

Prada Group invites a Business Analytics intern to join the Miu Miu region team in Milano. You will support monitoring of retail performance, leveraging data and KPIs to provide actionable insights and drive business development and decision-making across the region.

The role requires strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or similar.
• Experience in Business Analytics or Retail Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel; Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse retail performance and KPIs across the store network, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses, consolidating data from diverse sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and projects with data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and regional teams to ensure data accuracy and effective communication of insights.
