Henkel Italy is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support analyses and tools that feed commercial decisions for Laundry & HomeCare and Beauty brands. You will analyze sales and pricing data, update dashboards, and assist with pricing scenarios, trackers, and harmonization across categories.

The role requires a Master's student or recent graduate in economics/engineering and fluency in Italian and English; a hybrid work setup and strong Excel/BI skills are expected.

Formación

• Master's student or recent graduate in quantitative disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a numbers-to-story mindset.
• Advanced MS Excel is a must; knowledge of Power BI/Power Query is a plus.
• Experience with sales, commercial excellence or marketing controlling is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support analyses and tools feeding commercial decisions for well known brands.
• Analyze sales, pricing, profitability data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Update and improve dashboards and reports (Excel, Power Query, Power BI) for Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence.
• Support pricing and promotion scenario analyses.
• Keep trackers/reports up to date using market and internal data.
• Contribute to harmonizing tools and roll-out European and Global projects.
