Job summary

Henkel Italy is offering an internship for a Global Commercial Excellence Assistant in Milano. You will support the Commercial Excellence team with data analysis, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy.

You will prepare presentations for regional and global meetings, assist with project management, and coordinate stakeholders across functions and regions.

Qualifications

• :Currently enrolled in a Business, MBA, or relevant Master’s program.
• :Strong analytical and communication skills.
• :Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative.
• :Familiarity with Sales and distribution concepts.
• :Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with Power BI.
• :Comfortable interacting with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Excellence team with data analysis and insight generation.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Consolidate data from various sources and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for regional and global meetings.
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress and action items.
• Coordinate and manage key stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Assist with documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining project structure.
