Job summary

MLQS Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a major new data centre development in Milan, Italy. You will contribute across the full commercial lifecycle, from pre-contract cost planning to post-contract cost management, working closely with the developer, design team, contractors and stakeholders.

The role requires experience in data centre projects, strong cost planning and procurement skills, and an ability to manage commercial activities across pre- and post-contract stages.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience within a consultancy environment.
• Previous data centre project experience.
• Experience across both pre- and post-contract stages.
• Strong cost planning, procurement and commercial management experience.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Existing right to work in Italy.
