Job summary

Currie & Brown in Milan, Italy seeks a Quantity Surveyor or Computista/Preventivista to deliver cost insight across data centre projects in an international environment. You will perform quantity take-offs, compute estimations, and support tender and post-contract cost control.

The role emphasizes Italian market experience, BIM/Revit proficiency, and collaboration with clients and contractors on cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building or Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Experienced Geometra encouraged to apply for the Italian market.
• Experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying in Italian market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract quantities from CAD/BIM models and prepare computo metrico estimativo and BoQs.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour and works.
• Analyse tender bids and support procurement strategies.
• Review variations, SAL and payment applications for cost control.
