Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd in Milan, Italy is seeking a Mechanical Lead for an initial 6-month contract to oversee mechanical construction, remediation and upgrades at data centre facilities. You will coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, safe works, and support testing, commissioning and handover processes.

Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on large-scale data centre projects.
Strong stakeholder management and subcontractor coordination experience.
Good understanding of commissioning, QA/QC, remediation and defect resolution processes.
HVAC and critical mechanical systems expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical construction, remediation and upgrade activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders to drive progress and resolve technical issues.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks, delays and mitigation actions.
Support testing, commissioning, QA/QC processes and final handover of mechanical systems
