MiCiM is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to coordinate on-site delivery for high-profile data centre projects in Milan and beyond. You will manage complex mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety, quality and performance while guiding interface management among trades and stakeholders.

The role requires a strong engineering background with hands-on MEP leadership, a track record in data centre environments, and the ability to operate across international projects, including potential

Competenze

• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery.
• Proven track record as an MEP Lead or Senior MEP Manager on data centres or mission-critical projects.
• Excellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems typical of hyperscale data centres.

Mansioni

• Lead all MEP activities on-site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages.
• Review technical designs, method statements and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance.
• Oversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning and handover processes.
• Act as the main MEP point of contact with the client and project team.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and local HSE requirements.
