MiCiM, a specialist construction and project management firm, is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join our Milan team. You will coordinate complex mechanical and electrical systems for data centre projects and drive on-site delivery to time and budget.

You’ll lead MEP activities, manage subcontractors, review designs, and ensure testing, commissioning and handover meet strict client and MiCiM standards. International travel to Nordics may be required based on project needs.

Competenze

• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery.
• Proven track record as an MEP Lead or Senior MEP Manager on data centres, high-tech, pharmaceutical or other mission-critical projects.
• Excellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems typical of hyperscale or colocation data centres.
• Able to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communicator with the confidence to lead meetings, engage stakeholders and represent MiCiM professionally.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Nordics; previous international project experience is an advantage.

As we continue to expand in the Italy, we’re looking for an experienced MEP Lead with a strong mechanical or electrical background to join our first-class team in Milan.
