Zusammenfassung

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Documentation Coordinator for large-scale data centre projects in Lombardy. The role focuses on ensuring all project documents meet IMS standards, distributing updates to stakeholders, and maintaining key registers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of site-based experience, excellent English communication, and strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office. A collaborative, organised individual will thrive in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar site-based role.
• High level of verbal and written English is essential.
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
• High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all project documentation adheres to company IMS.
• Distribute and track documents to ensure stakeholders receive latest versions (drawings, schedules, specs, contracts, submittals, RFIs, reports).
• Maintain and update project registers (document, RFI, action log, issue log).
• Analyse and summarise data from project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
• Generate regular reports to support project tracking (document status, overdue reports).
