Pramac, a Generac Company, seeks a Project Manager – Data Center to lead and coordinate data center projects from inception to delivery within the Project Engineering team. You will manage scope, schedule, and stakeholders while collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Sales to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• 5+ years in project management within industrial/engineering environments; data center or power generation markets preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of energy storage or backup power solutions.
• Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate data center projects from inception to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.).
• Develop project management plans and monitor progress.
• Ensure technical compliance with data center requirements and international standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical specifications.
• Support Sales and Business Development with technical input for new data center opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in project execution.
