Job summary

Pramac, a Generac company, is seeking a Project Manager – Data Center to lead data center projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and compliance with international standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, 5+ years in project management, and strong knowledge of energy storage or backup power solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial settings.
• Experience in data center or power generation markets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of energy storage or backup power solutions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects related to customized power solutions for Data Centers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Pramac and customers during project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop Project Management Plans and monitor the progress.
• Ensure technical compliance with data center requirements and international standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical specifications.
• Support the Sales and Business Development teams with technical input and feasibility assessments for new data center opportunities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in project execution.
