Pramac, a Generac Company, seeks a Project Manager – Data Center to lead and coordinate data center projects from inception to delivery within the Engineering Department. You will work with R&D, Sales, Operations and Customers to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery of high-quality energy solutions.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial project management, strong knowledge of energy storage/backup power, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• 5+ years in project management within an industrial/engineering environment; data center or power generation market experience preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions.
• Proven track record managing complex, customer-facing projects.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Manage complex projects related to customized power solutions for Data Centers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Pramac and customers during project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop Project Management Plans and monitor progress.
• Ensure technical compliance with data center requirements and international standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical specifications.
• Support Sales and Business Development with technical input and feasibility assessments.
