PRAMAC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager – Data Center to lead complex data center initiatives from conception to delivery. You will coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Quality teams to ensure on-time, on-scope execution with high quality and clear documentation.

The role requires strong PM capabilities, experience with energy storage or backup power systems, and collaboration across R&D, Sales, Operations, and customers. Occasional travel to sites is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment; experience in data center or power generation markets is highly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions.
• Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants.

Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager – Data Center to join our Project Engineering team within the Engineering Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating data center projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
