Pramac is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager – Data Center to lead complex data center projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Quality to ensure on-time, on-scope execution with high quality.

The role requires a strong project management background in industrial environments, knowledge of energy storage solutions, and excellent communication with customers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years in project management in industrial/engineering environments.
• Experience in data center or power generation markets preferred.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Mansioni

• Lead complex data center projects from inception to delivery.
• Serve as primary contact between Pramac and customers.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality).
• Develop PM plans and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with data center requirements and standards.
• Prepare documentation, status reports, and specifications.
• Support Sales with technical input and feasibility assessments.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in project execution.
