Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Project Manager – Data Center to lead complex data center projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality), define goals and milestones, maintain documentation, and serve as the main technical liaison with customers. Occasional travel to sites may be required to support implementation and commissioning.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment.
• Experience in data center or power generation markets is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants.
• Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects.
• Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment; experience in data center or power generation markets is highly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions.
• Proven track record of managing complex, customer‑facing projects.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants.
