PeoItaly, an authorised recruitment partner, seeks an Electrical Engineer for a major Data Centre project in the Milan area. The role will be based on-site, delivering electrical coordination from installation through commissioning and handover, with responsibility for technical records and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years’ experience in complex construction, preferably with M&E contractors.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering or related delivery roles.
• Experience with M&E contractors or complex construction environments.
• Practical understanding of electrical installation activities and subcontractor coordination.
• Good knowledge of construction-site health & safety requirements.
• Ability to review electrical drawings and documentation and support on-site troubleshooting.
• Availability to work on-site in the Milan area.

Mansioni

• Support delivery of electrical works per project specs, drawings, quality requirements and schedule.
• Coordinate with electrical subcontractors and guide installation activities.
• Review and coordinate electrical drawings and related documentation.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Support planning within the electrical team and ensure safe working practices.
• Verify subcontractor compliance with procedures and site standards.
• Identify technical issues and apply corrective actions on site.
• Maintain technical records, test documentation and handover packages.
• Prepare system handover documentation and test packs.
• Assist in inspection, testing, commissioning preparation and handover.
• Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and ensure site safety.
• Promote continuous improvement in methods, safety and site organization.
