Job summary

Arrow ECS S.R.L. in Milan, Italy seeks a Brand Business Manager - Data Center to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic Data Center vendors within Arrow’s channel ecosystem.

You will be the main point of contact for vendors, developing business plans and coordinating go-to-market activities. You will work with vendors, channel partners, and Arrow teams to build pipelines, manage forecasts, and deliver revenue growth across data protection, storage, AI infrastructure, and server solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, IT or related field.
• Experience in vendor management, business development and channel sales.
• Knowledge of Data Center technologies and related solutions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; willing to travel across Italy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Data Center vendors and technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, channel partners and stakeholders.
• Create and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities to support vendor objectives.
• Manage forecasts, pipelines and vendor commitments.
• Identify new opportunities and support demand generation.
• Provide market intelligence to support growth strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, marketing and vendor teams on go-to-market initiatives.
• Track performance and present reviews, forecasts and strategic updates.
