A start-up in automated retail is looking for a Sales Specialist DACH based in Italy. This role focuses on B2B SaaS sales to vending operators and retail companies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales and should be comfortable managing the entire sales cycle independently. A competitive salary and performance-based commission structure is offered, along with the opportunity to lead commercial expansion in an innovative market.

Competenze

• 3–7 years in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, retail tech, food tech or vending industry.
• Experience selling to SMB / mid-market operators.
• Comfortable managing the entire sales cycle independently.
• Native or fluent German and professional English required.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the DACH region.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demo, negotiation, closing.
• Support the CEO in developing relationships with industry players.
