Job summary
Mynameis is looking for a Country Sales Manager - DACH to drive commercial development across Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland. You will lead business development, manage dealers and agents, and coordinate with architecture firms and designers to strengthen our regional presence.
The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in lighting or high-end design furniture, strong knowledge of the DACH market, fluency in German and English, and a willingness to travel frequently.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the lighting industry or high-end design furniture.
- Strong knowledge of the DACH/German market.
- Experience working with dealers, agents and architects.
- German and English fluency; Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- Results-oriented with ability to develop new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities within the DACH region with focus on core markets.
- Lead activities across contract and retail channels and maintain relationships with key specifiers.
- Select, manage and support local agents and dealers to ensure consistent brand positioning.
- Identify business opportunities and new market prospects in lighting to improve performance.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adapt strategy with management.
- Participate in trade fairs, events, and brand promotion in the area.
