Job summary

Marsh Risk in Milan is seeking a Cyber Risk Specialist to join our Cyber Risk Team. You will advise clients on cyber risk exposures and craft insurance solutions in a client-facing role, leveraging your expertise to protect organizations across industries.

This permanent, full-time position offers a hybrid work model, international collaboration, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, pension, health support and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Law, Economics or similar.
• Proven professional experience in insurance / insurance brokerage industries, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Gained expertise on cyber insurance products and risk management strategies.
• Be results-oriented with a strong client service focus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Italy and liaise with Marsh offices across the country.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs.
• Support negotiations with relevant insurance carriers to define the best solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Present, develop and execute renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with internal stakeholders such as Client Executives and the Industry team.
• Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, research on industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use.
• Keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions and manage sales and educational campaigns on cyber risks.
