Maersk in Torino, Italy seeks a Customs Agent – Declarant to own all customs operations for customers. This role is part of a dedicated team in Italy.

You will perform customs operations and clearance, collect data for reports, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage import-export documents, and liaise with customs authorities. Fluent English; native Italian; proactive and organized to achieve business goals.

Main job responsibilities

• Perform customs operations and customs clearance processes
• Collect data and create necessary reports,
• Cooperate closely with all internal and external customers,
• Manage relevant import-export documents,
• Communicate with customs authorities.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in managing customs import/export air/sea/truck operations
• Good communications skills in English language, Italian language should be at mothertongue level
• Proactive and structured, with a focus on reaching set business goals
