Inter IKEA Group (Old Sandbox) in Lombardy is hiring a full-time smartphone support agent to assist users with account access issues and guide them through recovery or security steps.

You will manage high email volumes with precision, rapidly learn new systems, and leverage language skills (Spanish or others) to help a diverse user base while protecting data. A proactive, empathetic communicator is essential to resolve problems efficiently and prevent future access problems.

Competenze

• Willingness to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Discretion with user data is required.
• Demonstrated passion for helping people resolve issues.
• Ability to manage high volumes of email with accuracy and speed.
• Spanish or other languages are a plus.
