Caracol AM is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to act as a trusted advisor in the post‑sales phase, assisting customers with design, process, and software topics. You will bridge customers and internal technical teams to drive effective adoption and maximize value from Caracol’s solutions.

In this role you’ll handle day‑to‑day customer support, ensure timely assistance, and contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long‑term success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Application Engineer, Design Engineer, Customer Success, or Technical Support within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Solid experience in industrial contexts; exposure to Additive Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in 3D modelling, with Rhino/Rhino3D knowledge a plus.
• Good understanding of design processes, software tools, and manufacturing workflows; fluency in English and Italian required.

Mansioni

• Act as a key post‑sales contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Support resolution of technical issues related to applications, software, and manufacturing processes; coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Provide consultative guidance on design workflows, processes, and software tools to drive adoption of Caracol's solutions.
• Collect and structure customer feedback and identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor customer activity and engagement, contributing to proactive post‑sales follow‑ups.
