Caracol-am.com in Barlassina is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support customers in their post-sales journey. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through design processes and software-related topics to enhance satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, have 2-4 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in both English and Italian. We offer a flexible working environment and opportunities for career advancement.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in Application Engineering, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
• Solid experience in industrial contexts; exposure to Additive Manufacturing is a plus.
• Good understanding of design processes, software tools, and manufacturing workflows.

Mansioni

• Act as a key point of contact for customers in the post-sales phase.
• Support the resolution of technical issues related to applications and software.
• Provide consultative guidance on design workflows and software tools.
• Collect and structure customer feedback and monitor engagement.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor in the post-sales phase, supporting customers in design, process, and software-related topics ensuring timely and high-quality assistance while helping them maximize the value of our technologies and contributing to their satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Few examples of responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers in the post-sales phase, ensuring timely and effective support
• Support the resolution of technical issues related to applications, software, and manufacturing processes, coordinating with internal teams when needed
• Provide consultative guidance on design workflows, processes, and software tools to drive effective adoption of Caracol’s solutions
• Collect and structure customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor customer activity and engagement, contributing to a proactive and structured post-sales follow-up

Ideal Background

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in roles such as Application Engineer, Design Engineer, Customer Success, or Technical Support within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Solid experience in industrial contexts; exposure to Additive Manufacturing is a plus
• Experience in 3D modelling, with knowledge of Rhinoceros as a plus
• Good understanding of design processes, software tools, and manufacturing workflows
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
