Ul Solutions cerca uno stagista nel Dipartimento Servizio Clienti per un programma di rotazione di 12 mesi, con focus su Servizio Clienti e Back Office Commerciale.

Il tirocinio offre formazione pratica in un contesto strutturato, supporto costante e opportunità future all'interno dell’azienda. Durata 12 mesi, sede onsite a Cabiate. Compenso: 600€ netti al mese, buono pasto da 10€ al giorno.

Competenze

• Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in economia/management/lingue.
• Buona conoscenza di Excel.
• Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano; inglese richiesto; tedesco preferenziale.

Mansioni

• Ruota tra Servizio Clienti e Back Office Commerciale per 12 mesi.
• Gestire interazioni con clienti e back office.
• Partecipare a formazione e training on the job.

Description

Are you ready to start your career and gain experience in an organisation where you can truly make an impact? Our Retail & Consumer Products division is seeking an Intern for a 12-month job rotation program within Customer Service and Commercial Back Office functions.

This is not a typical internship. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the core of UL Solutions' business, where you'll learn by doing, and discover where you can truly make a difference.

Responsibilities

What will you do? Throughout the year, you will rotate across:

• Customer Service - Softlines (clothing, toys)
• Customer Service - Hardlines (toys, furniture)
• Commercial Back Office - IISG (Italian Toy Safety Institute)

Who are we looking for?

• High School Diploma, Undergraduate or recent graduates in Economics, Management, Languages, or related fields

• Good knowledge of Excel
• Italian (native) and English language skills (German is a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset

What we offer:

• Compensation: 600€ net per month
• Lunch voucher (10€ per working day)
• Duration: 12 months
