Terumo Neuro seeks a Customer Service Representative for Italy, based in Milan with a hybrid work model (on-site at least 3 days/week). You will process orders, maintain customer records, support consignment agreements, monitor inventory, and assist sales teams across Europe.

Strong MS Office skills, Italian fluency, and SAP ERP experience are preferred. The role requires clear communication, multitasking, and responsiveness to inquiries, with opportunities to collaborate with global CS & QA

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or a recent graduate in the field.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Process customer orders via ERP system and manage records.
• Support consignment, tender agreements, and returns processes.
• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors and European warehouse.
• Monitor inventory and order status; respond to inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Prepare sales reports upon request and maintain customer histories.
