Job summary

Job Description

As Customer Service Representative reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you will work in the customer service team and among your main responsibilities you will be managing incoming calls, e-mails, service complaints, invoice rejections, and also provide full support to back office activities.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Troubleshooting towards internal and external clients
• Ability to look after complaints
• Handle invoice rejections
• Follow up of the orders

About You

• Diploma or higher education
• Proven experience in customer service
• Proficient level of English
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Powerpoint desirable
• Previous experience in medical devices/healthcare sector is an asset but not mandatory

Salary range for the role: 32 000 to 38 000
