Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in managing the EDICOM portal for electronic invoicing.
• Provide support in managing credit notes.
• Provide support in production, creation, and management of delivery notes and invoices.
• Provide support in managing the Edwin (EDI) and Hyperscience portal.
