Job summary

Stryker Group in Italy seeks an Order To Cash specialist to manage sales orders across channels, coordinate EDI transactions, and ensure accurate invoicing and inventory data.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, RAQA, Central Distribution Center, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies, support returns and credits, and maintain CRM records while delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience with order management and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interfacing with Sales, Finance and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales Orders from customers via all channels (EDI, phone, mail, fax).
• Interface with EDI-based transactions (Order, Invoice, ASN) and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate order entry, invoicing, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Clarify and follow up on variances during OTC, especially credit notes or rebills.
• Operate consignment inventory investigations and provide documentation for reconciliation.
• Generate Standard Sales Quotes where applicable.
• Maintain CRM usage for logging calls, tasks, activities and cases.
