DNV is seeking a proactive Customer Support Onboarding Intern for Vimercate, Italy, to support customers adopting our digital platforms. You will help with portal registrations, activation tasks, and onboarding tasks while learning from the Sales and Global Customer teams.

This internship offers hands-on experience, a fixed monthly reimbursement of 800€ plus a meal voucher, and a chance to contribute to customer adoption metrics in an international, compliance-driven environment.

Competenze

• Excellent Italian skills required – both written and verbal.
• Fluent English required (written and verbal).
• Working proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as a part of a team.
• Proactive, curious and positive approach.

Mansioni

• Manage and monitor onboarding activities for assigned customers.
• Ensure customers successfully complete portal registration and activation tasks.
• Support customers experiencing onboarding or access issues.
• Drive customer adoption through proactive engagement and follow-up activities.
• Verify and maintain the accuracy of customer and contact information.
• Guide customers through their initial experience with DNV digital platforms.
• Assist customers with user administration, permissions, and role management.
• Deliver co-browsing and operational support sessions when required.
• Monitor customer adoption KPIs and engagement metrics.
• Identify customers requiring support and propose improvements.
