Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited in Eastleigh, UK, is seeking an entry-level Customer Care Assistant to co-ordinate queries, quotations and orders, ensuring accurate, timely processing.
You will work with internal teams to deliver cost-effective solutions while building strong relationships with customers. No prior experience required beyond basic English/Maths and MS Office.
We have an opportunity to join our Customer Care team based at our head quarters in Bishopstoke, Eastleigh. The Customer Care team provide professional, high quality customer service support to the UK businesses.

The key purpose of this role is to co-ordinate customer queries, quotations and orders effectively using commercial procedures which include contract review, metal management and currency booking.

This role is based in our offices near the Eastleigh town centre. The address is Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited, Chickenhall Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 6YU. There are good transport links to Eastleigh and the site is approximately 15 minutes walk from the railway station. We are able to offer free car parking next to our offices.
