Job summary

SGSS in Italy seeks a professional to manage the end-to-end Foreign Dividends Income Payments process, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance. You will reconcile payments, coordinate with custodians, and inform beneficiaries while supporting client requests with proactive solutions.

A Bachelor’s in Economics and 1+ year in securities services are required. Proficiency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) is essential, with CAD 2.0 familiarity, Excel proficiency, and strong Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Foreign Dividends Income Payments end-to-end with accuracy.

• Reconcile preliminary notifications and final confirmations.
• Process events in CAD 2.0 to inform beneficiaries and credit income.
• Support client requests and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Ensure the accurate and timely processing of Foreign Dividend Income Payments, managing the end-to-end income distribution lifecycle, from reconciliation and event setup to client crediting and communication, while guaranteeing data integrity, regulatory compliance, effective custodian coordination, and high-quality client service.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Perform daily activities concerning Foreign Dividends Income Payments
• Perform the reconciliation of the income payments between custodian and our internal results
• Collect Custodians information concerning Foreign Dividends Income Payments
• Reconciliation of preliminary notifications & final confirmations (actual funds received)
• Process the events in CAD 2.0 system in order to inform the beneficial holders about the income details and credit the incomes in clients account
• Support Client's requests and complains, providing solutions and answers

Studies & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in Securities Services or financial industry

Language skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts
• Upper-intermediate English (B2 level)

Technical, operational & Soft skills

• Preferable CAD 2.0 system knowledge
• Excel: intermediate level
• Microsoft office suite: advanced level
