Job summary

SGSS in Italy seeks a professional to manage the end-to-end Foreign Dividends Income Payments process, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance. You will reconcile payments, coordinate with custodians, and inform beneficiaries while supporting client requests with proactive solutions.

A Bachelor’s in Economics and 1+ year in securities services are required. Proficiency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) is essential, with CAD 2.0 familiarity, Excel proficiency, and strong Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Securities Services or financial industry.
• Excellent command of Italian (C2) and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Process Foreign Dividends Income Payments end-to-end with accuracy.
• Reconcile income payments between custodian and internal results.
• Collect custodian information for Foreign Dividends Income Payments.
• Reconcile preliminary notifications and final confirmations.
• Process events in CAD 2.0 to inform beneficiaries and credit income.
• Support client requests and provide effective solutions.
