OVS S.p.A. is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team in Mestre. You will manage loyalty programs across brands, deliver CRM activities to boost retention, and develop multi-channel communications with the marketing team. Strong Salesforce expertise and analytics are required.

The role includes partnering with store operations and digital teams, training store staff, and supporting Stefanel and other brands within the OVS Group in omnichannel initiatives.

Competenze

• University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics.
• At least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM.
• Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Solid project management skills.
• Digital and innovation-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand
• Deliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty
• Develop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team
• Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIS
• Managing customer database quality, integrity and enrichment
• Partner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions
• Training for store teams of the CRM projects
• CRM initiatives and loyalty program of Stefanel and other brands of OVS Group collaborating with the other CRM team members.
